To ensure alignment and superior team performance during WorkFusion’s rapid growth, her duties within the company have expanded to include operational excellence. She led the company’s successful effort to implement the objectives and key results (OKR) framework, which has been used by Google, LinkedIn, Uber and other leading technology companies. Monica had most recently served as SVP Global Business Operations at Viacom Media Networks after successful tenures at Tacoda Systems, Washington Post.Newsweek Interactive, PBS and NASA Space Station Freedom Program Office.
