Customer Support Programs
WorkFusion offers a number of support programs, depending on your needs and platform usage.
Product Support comes with every WorkFusion license and includes:
- Access to and support on all digital resources, including Automation Academy, Community Forum, and Documentation
- Online service desk support during customer business hours
- Product bug fixes and patches (not including bot fixes)
- Initial installation for 3 environments (Dev/UAT/Prod)
Platform Management provides faster response times, enhanced dedicated feedback and support, shorter resolution times, and better enablement for your team. It includes:
- Troubleshooting for Intelligent Automation Cloud™ infrastructure, components and configuration
- Troubleshooting and optimization for automation, business processing and ML issues
- 24x7 response for infrastructure and automation blockers/critical issues
- Up to 150 service hours per month (no rollover)
- Dedicated customer success manager
- Quarterly business reviews
- Weekly ticket reviews
